· If four (4) members purchased the 24 week contract time they would be paying $6.25 per hour per person.
· If four (4) non-members purchased the 24 week contract time they would be paying $8.75 per hour per person.
· Non-member playing with members? Well we really want you to become a member; however, the guest fee would be $10 per visit.
RANDOM PLAY: Random play is for players who would like to purchase court time sporadically or who are unable to commit to a specific contract time.
Prime Time:
Member cost: $30 per court hour
Non-member cost: $40 per court hour
Any court time 6:30 pm to 10:30 pm Monday – Thursday and all day Saturday and Sunday during the months of October-March.

· If four (4) members were playing doubles for two (2) hours the cost for the court would be $7.50 per hour per person.

Member cost: $20 per court hour
Non-member cost: $30 per court hour

Reservations for random play can be made seven (7) days in advance for members and four (4) days in advance for non-members. Reservation can be made online at www.playtennisodu.net or by calling 757.683.5312.
GUEST FEE: There is a daily guest fee of $10 while playing on contract time or playing with a member on random time. The guest fee should be applied prior to playing. There will be no guest fee for guest who resides outside of the Hampton Roads area playing with members. If the non-member hourly cost is being applied then there is no guest fee.
PARTY NIGHT RENTAL: A group can purchase either four (4) or eight (8) courts on available Friday, Saturday, or Sunday nights for tennis parties from 7:00 pm to 10:00 pm. Cost: $300 per 4 courts. Contact facility coordinator, Matt Halfpenny, at 757.683.3134 for party night rentals.
FULL DAY RENTAL: A group can purchase all eight (8) courts for nine (9) hours on available days for $1,200. Contact facility coordinator, Matt Halfpenny, at 757.683.3134 for full day rentals.
OUTDOOR COURT USAGE: Outdoor courts are for faculty, staff, ODU students, and members. There is a daily guest fee of $10 for non-members.
OLD DOMINION UNIVERSITY STUDENTS: Old Dominion University students taking 6 or more hours can use the indoor tennis courts and outdoor tennis courts at no charge. If a student brings a guest then there will be a $10 guest fee for the day.
Students can reserve available indoor or outdoor tennis courts up to four (4) days in advance. For example: A student can reserve a court on Monday for play on Thursday. Reservations are for a two hour period.
Students should check in at the front desk of the Folkes-Stevens Indoor Tennis Center for both indoor and outdoor court reservations.
SHOES: Clean court non-marking athletic shoes only are permitted on the tennis courts. Absolutely no street shoes or shoes that mark the tennis courts will be allowed. Because these shoes are not designed for use on tennis courts, they can cause serious damage to the court and increase the opportunity for injury. In addition, clear drinks only should be taken on the court.
